When to serve food at the reception

Please help,

My daughter wants to start serving food to the guests at the reception even before she gets there do to the large amount of guest attending to move things along. I am saying NO to this who is right? I can take it if it's me.I just need a person who knows what they are doing to tell.... [Read more]

I have seen menu's on each plate setting. But they usually list the main course.
